After returning from the Vietnam war in 1970, Mark Earlix drifted around the country for two years, constantly drunk, usually homeless, seldom holding a job for more than a week. On the day he decided to take his own life, two strangers appeared and took him in.

They introduced him into the Holy Order of Mans (earlier known as the Science of Man), a non-denominational, non-sectarian movement. It was through this group that he learned he had the spiritual power to heal others. Mark became a Reverend Brother in the organization in 1997 following extensive study of healing, prayer, meditation, counseling, and study of the sacred texts of the worlds religions. Following Mark was initiated as a Teacher through The Gnostic Order of Christ.

Over the past thirty years, Mark came to realize that we each possess the ability to heal others and ourselves as well. Mark has taught thousands of people through The Art of Healing seminars he has held around the United States and has also developed learning modules in advanced healing (Esoteric Meditation and Intuitional Living and Healing) based upon the seminar series.
